A lovely day here in the IZ today, slightly hot, but not too bad. Working today, so sadly not at the pool. Had a little going-away gathering for our good friend JP who is leaving next week. Always sad to see friends go, but I suppose it is the transient nature of this place. He is off to Indonesia next and has assured us that there is room in his 3-bedroom condo for us to come and visit. Hm, Bali anyone?
Looks like we won't be breaking the 50 degree Celcius mark just quite yet this week, but I will let you know. Check out the weather prospects for us for the next week.

!!! Suddenly Phoenix doesn't feel quite so hot ...we're just hovering under 110 ..waiting for the "teens" to arrive next week. These wacky folks here keep saying.."but it's a dry heat...." :) Can't wait to see the photos from your latest adventure....sounds wonderful & colorful.
