...for the milair can be an excruciating experience to say the least. At least today was not one of them. Unlike the 13-hours I waited for the bird in August to fly me out to Amman enroute to Kurdistan, today was remarkably painless. We left shortly before 10:00 which means we arrived in Amman in time for lunch, which was had at a local restaurant with a strong lamb speciality. Great chops and kebab.
